Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem, please contact us via our contact page or directly at hello@framette.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via our contact page within 30 days of receipt, including your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).
